1. Self-Promotion

• Encouraged: We highly encourage users to include a Linktree or a similar link in their bio to promote themselves and their photography. This helps foster a community of mutual support and visibility.

2. Prohibited Content

• Illegal Content: Users are strictly prohibited from posting any illicit or illegal material in accordance with local laws.
• Hate Speech: Content that is hateful, derogatory, or aimed at harming others is strictly prohibited.
• NSFW Content: NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content is allowed but must be properly tagged before being uploaded or shared.

3. Content Moderation

• Moderator Authority: Site administrators and moderators have full authority to remove any image that:
  • Violates these terms.
  • Has been requested to be taken down by a legitimate party.
• Removal Notification: If an image is removed, users will be notified, including details of how many images were removed and the album(s) affected.

4. Account Action

• Abnormal Activity: If a user receives an abnormal number of takedown requests or if the administrators need to remove an excessive number of images, their account may be locked or removed from the site at the discretion of the moderation team.

5. Sharing and Licensing

• Sharing Photos: Users are allowed to share publicly listed photos from Knowbody Online to any social media or other platforms, as long as they comply with the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 License. This means credit must be given, the work cannot be used commercially, and derivatives must follow the same licensing terms.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

• Respecting Privacy: Users must respect the privacy of others. Uploading photos that infringe on another person's privacy (e.g., personal or identifying information) without their explicit consent is prohibited.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Only upload images that you own or have permission to share. Uploading content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is not allowed.
